Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate with 3–4 years of experience to join its Real Estate practice in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle acquisitions and sale transactions in real estate.
• Conduct title due diligence and property verification.
• Work on development and redevelopment projects.
• Assist in private equity and investment-related real estate transactions.
• Draft and review leasing and license agreements.
• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in real estate transactions and title diligence.
• Strong understanding of property laws and related regulations.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
