Details of the Job/Internship

Trilegal is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Taxation with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Delhi, NCR.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on direct tax and corporate tax matters.
• Draft legal opinions and appeals relating to tax issues.
• Conduct tax due diligence for mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions.
• Provide advice on tax structuring and compliance strategies.
• Advise on income tax-related matters.
• Monitor developments in tax laws, rulings, and regulatory changes.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI and a qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–5 years of experience in a law firm or Big 4 consulting firm.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
