Details of the Job/Internship

Trinity Chambers is hiring an Associate to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct exhaustive legal research and statutory interpretation to support complex dispute resolution strategies.
• Draft high-quality pleadings, applications, case briefs, and legal correspondence for various judicial forums.
• Prepare comprehensive briefs for senior counsel and actively participate in the formulation of legal strategies.
• Attend court hearings, provide advocacy support, and represent clients before the Supreme Court, High Courts, and Tribunals.
• Interact directly with clients to assess case merits and provide regular updates on legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with the forensic investigation team on white-collar crime and anti-trust matters.
• Ensure organizational excellence by managing case timelines and maintaining high-quality standards for all legal deliverables.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution is required; an LLM is considered an advantage.
• Prior experience working in litigation and dispute resolution is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with specific experience in case law analysis and statutory interpretation.
• Proficiency in drafting diverse legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and contracts.
• Excellent communication and advocacy skills, with the confidence to attend court hearings and client meetings.
• Deep knowledge of arbitration, corporate law, and criminal litigation frameworks.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.
