Details of the Job/Internship

Triumvir Law is seeking talented professionals with a minimum of 2 years of PQE to join their dynamic team in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Impeccable verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong legal acumen and research skills.
• Prior experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction documentation including term sheets, definitive agreements and closing documentation.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of a foreign language like french or spanish is a plus.
