Details of the Job/Internship

Trivedi & Partners is hiring an Associate with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Kailash Colony, GK-1. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Draft legal pleadings, including suits and written statements.
• Conduct legal research on complex issues related to family law, technology, and real estate.
• Assist senior advocates during court appearances and tribunal hearings.
• Prepare case summaries and maintain updated litigation trackers.

Eligibility

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal practice.
• Experience must be in a purely civil and commercial practice.
• Strong drafting and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend

₹25,000 per month.
