Details of the Job/Internship

Trivedi & Parashar (Advocates and Solicitors) is hiring for the position of Associate to join their office in South Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare opinions on a wide range of matters.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including contracts, pleadings, and advisory notes.
• Represent clients before various courts and tribunals.
• Handle client consultations and lead case preparation with minimal supervision.
• Liaise with external counsels and manage coordination on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Collaborate with firm partners and colleagues to ensure delivery of high-quality legal services.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized law school; additional certifications or specializations are a plus.
• Enrolled and in good standing with the Bar Council of India.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal research, drafting, and litigation.
• Experience with sectors such as Aviation, Education, IT, NBFCs, Real Estate, Oil & Gas, E-commerce, Retail, Banking, and Startups is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in collaborative and fast-paced environments.

Salary/Stipend
