Details of the Job/Internship
TSSA Law Firm is hiring an Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The role involves legal research, drafting legal documents, providing legal analysis, handling client communications, supporting litigation or corporate legal work, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic advice to clients under the supervision of senior attorneys.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and case analysis.
- Drafting legal documents, contracts and pleadings.
- Providing legal analysis and support on assigned matters.
- Handling client communications and coordination.
- Assisting in litigation or corporate legal work under senior supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable legal regulations and internal processes.
Eligibility
- Graduation in Law (LLB).
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong skills in legal research, case analysis and problem-solving.
- Expertise in drafting legal documents and contracts.
- Excellent communication, client interaction and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Indian legal frameworks and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently under strict deadlines.
- Prior experience in a law firm, particularly in litigation or corporate law, if any.
