Details of the Job/Internship

USR Legal Advisors is hiring two Associates to join its office in Defence Colony. The role involves drafting replies and appeals to tax authorities, conducting related legal research, and appearing before courts, authorities, and tribunals in Delhi, as required.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting replies and appeals before tax authorities.
• Conducting legal research related to indirect tax matters.
• Appearing before courts, authorities, and tribunals in Delhi, as required.

Eligibility

• Advocates enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi or Advocates who have cleared the AIBE.
• Proficiency in drafting replies and appeals to tax authorities.
• Ability to conduct legal research and appear before courts, authorities, and tribunals in Delhi.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
