Details of the Job/Internship

Utkrishtha Law Offices is hiring an Associate with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
• Handle commercial/civil litigation and arbitration matters.
• Appear in court hearings and represent clients effectively.
• Collaborate with the team on multi-disciplinary cases.
• Provide legal advice and support in diverse practice areas.

Eligibility

• Up to 3 years of PQE.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and litigation skills.
• Prior experience in commercial/civil litigation and arbitration.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary/Stipend
