V.K. Sareen & Co is hiring an Office Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle administrative and office management tasks.
- Organise, maintain, and update office records and documentation.
- Manage office communications and assist clients professionally.
- Provide customer service support and coordinate daily operations.
- Assist with basic accounting and financial record-keeping.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office workflows and processes.
- Provide general operational support to the legal team.
Eligibility
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks.
- Customer service skills to support clients efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and office financial operations.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office.
- Prior experience in a legal services environment is an advantage.
