Details of the Job/Internship
Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory and general corporate law to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and assist in negotiating transactional documents.
- Draft legal opinions related to the Companies Act, FEMA, FCRA, and SEBI regulations.
- Manage legal due diligence exercises and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Handle client interactions independently and ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Draft and vet commercial and operational agreements.
- Apply corporate laws and regulatory frameworks effectively in practice.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed institution (mandatory).
- Company Secretary with ICSI Membership (preferred).
- 2–3 years of PQE in transaction advisory and general corporate law.
- Practical drafting and advisory experience.
Salary/Stipend
