Details of the Job/Internship
Vakta Legal is hiring an Associate to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, handling litigation matters, and supporting senior lawyers in case preparation. The role also requires attending various courts in Hyderabad on a day-to-day basis for proceedings handled by the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Handling litigation matters and supporting senior lawyers in case preparation.
- Attending court proceedings in Hyderabad on a regular basis.
- Reviewing contracts, agreements, and related legal documentation.
- Managing client interactions and providing clear legal inputs.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, legal writing, and legal document drafting.
- Knowledge of corporate laws, commercial laws, real estate transactions, and dispute resolution.
- Competence in reviewing contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.
- Ability to manage client interactions and provide clear legal counsel.
