Details of the Job/Internship
VariosLegal LLP is hiring a part-time Associate for a remote position. The role involves drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing contracts, and providing legal advice to clients. The Associate will collaborate with the firm’s team to deliver comprehensive legal solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal research and provide analysis.
- Offer legal advice to clients and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Assist in case preparation and coordinate with clients and team members.
- Contribute to the firm’s efforts in delivering high-quality legal services.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with registration under a recognized Bar Council.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and negotiation.
- Strong understanding of contracts, compliance, and regulatory law.
- Excellent drafting, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Effective client management and teamwork abilities.
- Good time management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience in corporate law, litigation, or related legal fields is a plus.
