Details of the Job/Internship
Vaseeyatnama.com is hiring a Lawyer to join their office in Lucknow. The role involves providing legal advice and guidance on estate planning, drafting and reviewing wills and trusts, managing succession planning, and offering asset management guidance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on estate planning matters.
- Draft and review legal documents, including wills and trusts.
- Manage succession planning and asset management guidance.
- Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate legal solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree or equivalent.
- Experience in estate planning, wills, trusts, and succession planning.
- Strong understanding of asset management and compliance with relevant laws.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and reviewing legal documents.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Additional qualifications in estate planning or related fields are a plus.
