VBB LEGAL is hiring an Associate to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft documents.
• Assist in case preparation and handling legal proceedings.
• Communicate with clients and ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Provide strategic advice to clients.
• Contribute to internal knowledge management initiatives.

Eligibility

• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Knowledge of legal procedures, compliance, and case management.
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. or additional certifications are a plus.
