Details of the Job/Internship

Veritas Aequitas is hiring Advocates with a minimum of two years of litigation experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate actively in courtroom practice across courts and tribunals.
• Assist in handling criminal, white-collar, civil, corporate, and arbitration matters.
• Draft and review pleadings with accuracy and strong command over language.
• Maintain professional ethics, courtroom decorum, and a proactive learning attitude.

Eligibility

• Minimum two years of litigation experience from the date of provisional enrollment with any State Bar Council.
• Must have cleared AIBE and hold a Certificate of Practice.
• Strong drafting skills and proficiency in language.
• Commitment to courtroom practice and diverse legal work.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.

Salary/Stipend
