Details of the Job/Internship

VertexLegal LLP is hiring an Associate with relevant legal experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle matters in constitutional, civil, criminal, corporate, matrimonial, and financial law.
• Draft petitions, pleadings, legal opinions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.
• Appear before courts and tribunals, including Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, and others.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and manage case files.
• Communicate with clients and assist with case strategy.

Eligibility

• Excellent drafting and legal research skills.
• Proficiency in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Good understanding of ground-level court practice.
• Confident in oral advocacy and pleadings.
• Ability to manage varied legal domains independently and in a team.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
