Details of the Job/Internship

Viraya Legal is hiring an Associate with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in New Delhi. The role involves handling civil and commercial litigation before the Delhi High Court and District Courts, assisting in arbitration proceedings, and providing corporate and commercial advisory support.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil and commercial litigation matters before the Delhi High Court and District Courts in Delhi.
• Assist in arbitration proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, applications, appeals, contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Conduct legal research and attend court hearings.
• Coordinate with clients and senior counsel.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong drafting, legal research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
