Details of the Job/Internship

Virtus Legal is hiring an Associate Lawyer with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience for its Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle civil, consumer, and commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Assist in criminal law matters, including bail applications, defence work, and liaison with law enforcement agencies.
• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide advisory support in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
• Handle matters related to family law, intellectual property, and environmental law compliance.
• Conduct legal research and assist in case preparation.

Eligibility

• Lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of the relevant state.
• 1–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
