Details of the Job/Internship
Virtus Legal is hiring for the position of Associate with 2-4 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation and dispute resolution across civil, commercial, and consumer forums.
- Managing criminal law matters such as bail applications, defense strategy, and coordination with enforcement authorities.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal contracts and agreements.
- Advising clients on corporate, employment, and regulatory compliance matters.
- Addressing legal issues related to family law, IP rights, and environmental regulations.
Eligibility
- Enrollment with the Bar Council of any Indian state.
- 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, corporate advisory, or contract drafting.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A collaborative and client-focused mindset.
