Details of the Job/Internship
Vis Legis Law Practice, Advocates is hiring an Associate Lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case documentation.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Represent clients in courts, quasi-judicial authorities, and government agencies.
- Assist senior counsel in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal opinions.
- Work across various areas of law, including corporate, intellectual property, real estate, and regulatory compliance.
Eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Experience in litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and court representation.
- Knowledge of corporate law, intellectual property, real estate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Prior work experience or internships in a legal setting are advantageous.
