Details of the Job/Internship
Vis Legis Law Practice is hiring an Associate to join their full-time, on-site office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and support case preparation.
- Draft pleadings, contracts, corporate documents, and other legal materials.
- Represent clients before courts, quasi-judicial bodies, and government authorities.
- Assist senior counsel in litigation and dispute resolution matters.
- Attend client meetings and provide legal opinions.
- Work across practice areas including litigation, intellectual property, real estate, corporate transactions, and advisory.
Eligibility
- Strong legal research and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings, contracts, agreements, and legal reports.
- Experience in litigation proceedings, ADR, and court representation.
- Knowledge of corporate law, IPR, real estate law, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Prior work experience or internships in a legal setting are advantageous.
