Details of the Job/Internship
Vivek Parulekar & Associates is hiring a Junior Associate – Drafting & Non-Litigation with 0–2 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and memoranda.
- Conduct legal research in areas like civil law, real estate, co-operative law, and arbitration.
- Assist with the registration of legal documents at local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support senior associates with documentation and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and follow-ups.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- 0–2 years of legal experience, preferably in contract drafting or non-litigation work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
