He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Madras and Calcutta, National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, Appellate Tribunal for Electricity, Central/State Electricity Regulatory Commissions, Telecom Disputes Disputes Settlement and Appellate Tribunal, District Courts and Arbitral Tribunals. Kannan has several reported judgments to his credit.

VMK Law Offices is hiring two Associates (0-1 PQE) for litigation training before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and tribunals. Candidates available from April 2025 may only apply.
