Details of the Job/Internship

Vritti Law Partners is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate to join their office in Mumbai or New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review contracts and legal documents.
• Draft legal documents and agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analyze case law.
• Provide advisory support on financing matters.
• Liaise with clients and coordinate with internal teams.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• Membership with the Bar Council.
• Knowledge of legal research, drafting, and contract review.
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and judicial precedents.
• Strong advisory and communication skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Salary/Stipend
