Details of the Job/Internship

Vritti Legal Services is hiring an Associate with 1–3 years of experience to assist in identifying issues and potential threats related to the acquisition of immovable properties in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on due diligence reports pertaining to immovable property.
• Review Pahanis/Adangals.
• Interact with concerned officials of Revenue/SROs.
• Draft transactional documents.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law.
• 1–3 years of professional working experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Telugu (read and write) is a must.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
