Details of the Job/Internship

White & Brief is hiring an Associate (Indirect Tax & Customs) with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Strong analytical and legal research skills on Indirect Tax / GST databases.
• Knowledge of case laws and regulatory updates.
• Excellent drafting skills and command over English.
• Creating and sharing updates on legal trends.
• Quick research on laws and acts.
• Experience with tax restructuring, advisory, and consulting.
• Drafting opinions, replies to show cause notices, appeals, writs, SLPs, and briefing counsel.

Eligibility

• Lawyer or Chartered Accountant.
• 2–3 years of experience in Indirect Tax & Customs – Advisory & Litigation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
