Details of the Job/Internship

Saraf and Partners is hiring an Associate with over 2 years of post-qualification experience to join its Disputes and International Arbitration practice at the Noida office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in managing domestic and international arbitration cases.
• Draft pleadings, statements of claim, and other legal documents.
• Conduct research and provide strategic inputs on dispute resolution matters.
• Coordinate with clients, senior counsels, and external stakeholders.
• Support partners in hearings and case preparation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in disputes or arbitration.
• Strong legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
