Details of the Job/Internship

Zeus Law Associates is hiring for the position of Associate in their IBC/Commercial Litigation and Restructuring Team, New Delhi office.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LLB from a recognised university.
• Post-qualification experience: 2 Years
• Candidate should be experienced in handling matters pertaining to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Company Act, 2013.
• Candidates should be adept at drafting and filing applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, and written submissions before the NCLT and NCLAT.
• Candidates should have experience in appearing before the NCLT and NCLAT.
• Candidates should have experience in briefing senior advocates.
• Candidates should have proficiency in English - spoken and written.
• Candidates should have good communication skills.
• Candidates having experience in handling matters pertaining to Schemes of Arrangement under Companies Act, 2013 before NCLT and matters pertaining to RDB Act, 1993 and SARFAESI Act 2002 before the DRT would be given a preference.
