Details of the Job/Internship

ZEUS Law Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Experience in handling corporate commercial contracts, SHA, SPA and Real estate transactional agreements. 
• Should have experience in contract drafting and negotiating transactional documents for client.
• The candidate should be well versed with the legal nuances of corporate transactional work including foreign exchange management and company law.
• Exceptional contractual drafting skills, client communication contract negotiation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work cooperatively with team as well as to work autonomously as per requirement of the assignment and meet deadlines.

Eligibility

• LLB.
• PQE: 2 years.

Salary/Stipend
