Details of the Job/Internship
ZEUS Law Associates is hiring an Associate with experience of 3 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Practice Area: IBC / Commercial Litigation and Restructuring Team.
Eligibility
- Qualification - LL.B. from a recognized university.
- PQE-3-4 years.
- Experience in handling matters pertaining to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code,2016 and Companies Act, 2013.
- Candidate should be adept at drafting and filing applications, appeals, replies,rejoinders, written submissions before the NCLT and NCLAT,
- Candidate should have experience in appearing before the NCLT and the NCLAT.
- Candidate should have experience in briefing senior advocates.
- Candidate should have proficiency in English - spoken and written.
- Candidate should have good communication skills.
- Candidates should have deep knowledge in drafting scheme of arrangement u/s230/234 of companies act.
- Candidate should possess deep knowledge in drafting of Resolution Plan in terms of provisions of 1BC and the accompanying Regulations.
- Candidates should have knowledge in respect to matter under the Recovery of debts due to banks act 1993, SARFASI Act, 2022 and appearing before DRT & DRAT.
