Details of the Job/Internship

ZEUS Law Associates is hiring an Associate for its IBC, Commercial Litigation, and Restructuring team. The role requires 3-5 years of experience in insolvency, dispute resolution, and commercial litigation.

Eligibility

• Experience in handling matters pertaining to the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and Companies Act, 2013.
• Candidate should be adept at drafting and filing applications, appeals, replies, rejoinders, written submissions before the NCLT and NCLAT.
• Candidate should have experience in appearing before the NCLT and the NCLAT.
• Candidate should have experience in briefing senior advocates.
• Candidate should have proficiency in English - spoken and written.
• Candidate should have good communication skills.
• Candidates having experience in handing matters pertaining to Schemes of Arrangement under Companies Act, 2013 before NCLT and matters pertaining to RDB Act, 1993 and SARFAESI Act 2002 before the DRT would be given a preference.
