Details of the Job/Internship

Saikrishna & Associates is hiring an Associate for its Commercial IP Team with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct content clearance and due diligence for rights acquisition.
• Handle trademark prosecution.
• Draft media-related agreements, including production agreements, cast and crew agreements, and media licensing agreements.

Eligibility

• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proficiency in Media & Entertainment laws, Copyright laws, IT laws, and Trademark laws.
• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated interest and experience in IP and media-related work.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
