Details of the Job/Internship

Pradyumna Law Associates is inviting applications for the position of Associate/Assessment Intern to work with them in New Delhi.

• Associate: 02 positions.
• Assessment Intern: 02 positions (final year students).

Role and Responsibilities

• Case research, Legal drafting and documentation.
• Assistance in client consultations, and attend Court hearings (District Courts, DRT, Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and Hon'ble Supreme Court of India)and tribunal proceedings. 
• E-filing and other related work.
• Associates/Assessment Interns will work closely with the legal team to conduct legal research, draft case summaries, and support administrative tasks. Both roles will involve collaboration with a dynamic team and adherence to strict deadlines.
• Except Court appearances, Assessment Intern may be assigned above mentioned tasks.

Eligibility

• LL.B. and B.C.D. enrolled; Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Law Analysis, and Drafting legal documents
• Proficiency in Artificial intelligence softwares (for drafting, legal research etc.), Legal Writing (in line with the legal strategy), attention to details, and Proofreading.
• Effective Verbal and Written Communication and Collaboration Abilities.
• Understanding of Courtroom and Litigation Procedures.
• Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills.
• Proficiency with Legal Software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
