Details of the Job/Internship

T&S Law is hiring an Associate with 1+ year of experience in capital markets to join their office in Noida. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence for capital market transactions.
• Assist in drafting and reviewing documentation for SME/Mainboard listings.
• Apply SEBI regulations and Companies Act provisions in ongoing assignments.
• Coordinate with clients and regulators for filings and compliance.
• Ensure timely and error-free delivery of assignments.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree.
• At least 1 year of experience as Junior Associate or Associate in capital market transactions.
• Experience in SME or Mainboard matters is mandatory.
• Strong reading, retention, and interpretation skills.
• Must be based in Delhi/Noida and available to join immediately.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
