Details of the Job/Internship

Vaish Associates Advocates is hiring an Associate – Direct Tax (M&A) with 2 to 4 years of post-qualification experience to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on direct tax matters.
• Draft presentations for proposed structuring options.
• Draft legal opinions on contemporary tax issues.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant and/or Law graduate from a premier law college (preferred).
• 2–4 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Prior exposure to M&A transactions with strong understanding of tax and corporate law provisions.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
