ASV Legal LLP is hiring Associates with 2–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its Dispute Resolution and Arbitration team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, notices, and submissions.
• Representing clients in dispute resolution and arbitration proceedings.
• Assisting senior advocates with case research and hearing preparation.
• Managing litigation workflows and deadlines.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years PQE in litigation or arbitration.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Knowledge of dispute resolution and arbitration law is essential.

Salary/Stipend
