Details of the Job/Internship

VSK Legal Associates is hiring an Associate – Dispute Resolution with 0–2 years of experience for immediate joining at its New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings, case documents, and coordinate case management.
• Appear before courts, tribunals, and attend client meetings.
• Conduct legal research and draft case memorandums.
• Assist in pre-litigation strategies and settlement negotiations.
• Handle regulatory matters and inquiries.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university (graduates from NLUs or Symbiosis preferred); LL.M. is a plus.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in dispute resolution.
• Strong understanding of procedural laws such as IBC, CPC, Arbitration Act, SEBI regulations, etc.
• Excellent communication and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage files, timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
