Details of the Job/Internship
IP Rani (Advocates & Associates) is hiring an Associate / Junior Advocate with relevant experience or internships to join their office in Ghaziabad. The role requires occasional travel to Greater Noida and Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in the District and High Courts.
- Draft legal documents including notices, pleadings, and reports.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
- Provide legal advice under supervision.
- Visit police stations when necessary.
- Update MIS and coordinate with clients.
- Assist senior advocates in case preparation and trial proceedings.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized university.
- Prior internships or experience in a law firm is preferred.
- Legal drafting and research skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Freshers with good drafting skills may apply.
