Details of the Job/Internship

Khatri & Tomar Attorneys is hiring an Associate – Litigation with a minimum of 6 months post-qualification experience with a Mandatory 3 months  Probation period to join their New Delhi office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in courts and legal forums.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Support senior attorneys in complex legal matters.
• Maintain case files and ensure documentation is up-to-date.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 6 months PQE.
• Familiarity with filing procedures across Courts, Tribunals, and Authorities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
