Details of the Job/Internship
Metalegal Advocates is hiring an Associate Partner – Litigation & Disputes with 8–14 years of experience to join their Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead litigation and disputes involving economic offences, taxation, and regulatory matters.
- Represent clients before courts and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Develop and implement litigation strategy.
- Oversee drafting, briefing, and court appearances.
- Guide clients during investigations by regulatory and enforcement agencies.
- Manage negotiations, settlements, and alternate dispute resolution.
- Supervise and mentor team members.
- Contribute to legal writing, firm initiatives, and business development.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a reputed law school; LL.M. preferred.
- 8–14 years of PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Proven expertise in economic offences, tax litigation, and regulatory disputes.
- Experience before High Courts and Tribunals; Supreme Court exposure is a plus.
- Strong legal procedural and compliance knowledge.
