Details of the Job/Internship

Sagus Legal is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 3–7 years of PQE in general corporate or banking & finance to join their New Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Participate in advisory activities for mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and debt finance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and loan agreements.
• Collaborate with clients and legal teams on complex, high-value deals.

Eligibility

• 3–7 years post-qualification experience in general corporate or banking & finance law.
• Proven relevant experience.
• LLB from a reputed institution.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
