Chakra Legal, arbitration chambers are looking for an associate to join their Bengaluru Practice with Dr. Srikant Parthasarathy.

Role and Responsibilities

The responsibilities would involve:

• Coordinating with partners on arbitration cases
• Research activities
• Appearance in tribunals
• Advising clients

It would involve minimal to no travel. Managing the case independently is non-negotiable due to the continuous travel of Dr. Srikant Parthasarathy.

Eligibility

Candidate should have knowledge of:

• Arbitration
• CPC
• Litigation
• Foreign Laws are advantageous
