Sanjeev Singh and Associates is hiring Associates (1–3 years PQE) to join its Litigation & Dispute Resolution team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation and dispute resolution matters before courts and tribunals.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, petitions, and submissions.
• Work on matters under the IBC, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration Act, and PMLA.
• Assist in regulatory and tribunal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior advocates and clients for case preparation and strategy.

Eligibility

• LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
• 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Strong legal drafting and research skills.
• Prior exposure to commercial, civil, and banking laws preferred.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented professional.
