Details of the Job/Internship

Kinematics is seeking Associates/Senior Associates specializing in Corporate and Litigation practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of corporate and commercial documents.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex legal issues to support ongoing cases and transactions.
• Represent the organization and clients in litigation proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and corporate governance standards.
• Develop litigation strategies and coordinate with external counsels.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contractual and regulatory matters.

Eligibility

• Qualification: LL.B. (mandatory); LL.M. preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years post-qualification in corporate and litigation practice.
• Strong command of corporate, contract, civil, and criminal law.
• Excellent drafting, research, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
• Juniors with relevant skills may apply for full-time trainee positions.

Salary/Stipend
