Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 1–4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in General Corporate and handling end-to-end transactions to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end corporate transactions.
• Provide legal support and advisory in General Corporate matters.
• Coordinate with clients and teams to ensure smooth execution of transactions.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree is mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience for Associate position and 3–4 years for Senior Associate position in General Corporate practice.
• Prior law firm experience is mandatory.
• Master’s in Law and/or a professional degree will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
