Details of the Job/Internship

LPJ and Partners LLP is hiring for the following positions to join their Delhi office:

1. Associate: 4 (Four) with 0-3 years of experience.
2. Senior Associate: 2 (Two) with 4-7 years of experience.

Role and Responsibilities

Associate

1. Candidates shall be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and managing case files while assisting in the development of case strategies.
2. Candidates shall appear in court/ tribunals/commissions for preliminary hearings, and assist in court proceedings.
3. Candidates shall engage in client consultations, provide case updates, etc. 

Senior Associate

1. We are seeking a Senior associate with strong expertise in drafting and reviewing legal pleadings, writs, complaints, and other documents for various courts and tribunals.
2. The candidate will represent clients independently and alongside senior members, prepare case notes, and written arguments, and manage briefs. 
3. Responsibilities include briefing senior counsel, conducting legal research, and overseeing junior associates.
4. Preference will be given to candidates with litigation experience in Delhi.
