Details of the Job/Internship
R K Dewan & Co. is hiring Legal Associates with relevant post-qualification experience to join its Litigation and Trademark Departments across Pune, Mumbai, and Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters and court proceedings.
- Working on trademark prosecution and related intellectual property matters.
- Drafting, reviewing, and assisting in legal documentation.
- Coordinating with internal teams and senior lawyers on case strategy.
- Ensuring adherence to professional and ethical legal standards.
Eligibility
- Mid-Level Associate – Litigation Department, Pune: 3–4 years PQE.
- Trademark Department, Mumbai: 2–3 years PQE (2 positions).
- Litigation Department, Noida: 2–3 years PQE (2 positions).
- Completion of the All India Bar Examination with a valid Sanad is mandatory.
- Candidates must have strong English language skills.
- Freshers are not eligible to apply.
- Selected candidates must commit to a minimum contractual period of 3 years.
