Details of the Job/Internship

AAN Legal is hiring Associates and Senior Associates with 4–5 years of experience for roles across General Corporate, Banking & Finance, Real Estate, and Capital Markets in their Hyderabad and Mumbai offices. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Work on matters related to corporate, banking & finance, real estate, or capital markets.
• Support legal documentation and advisory work.
• Collaborate with team members on transactions and client matters.
• Contribute to ongoing legal projects based on practice area specialization.

Eligibility

• Company Secretaries or Lawyers.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in the specified practice areas.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
