Advocate Mithilesh Kumar Pandey is hiring 02 candidates for the position of Counsel/ Associates with experience of 4-6 years to join their Noida office. The firm is looking for dedicated advocates, preferably with prior experience in Commercial and Civil Litigation, banking laws such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, SARFAESI Act, Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Criminal matters, etc.
Role and Responsibilities
Drafting work majorly SLP/Appeals/Petitions/applications/reply/rejoinder, etc., and appearances before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts, NCLAT, NCLT, NCDRC, and arbitrations.
Eligibility
The candidate should have a degree in LL.B.
